Combine everything in a large bowl. Form mixture into balls, Brown on all sides turning gently as they cook. Remove meat balls and drain excess oil.

If not cooking in the gravy or sauce then:
Bake in the oven at 375 deg F for 15-20 minutes.

Can be frozen after cooling.

Make a gravy, or sauce below and simmer for 45 mins
Sour cream sauce.
Add butter to brownings. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Add broth, salt, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce; cook, stirring until thickened and bubbly. Empty sour cream into a large bowl. Gradually add sauce, stirring constantly.
