Reserve some whole chickpeas.
Garlic and salt in blender and blitz
Chickpeas and 2 Tbls water in blender - blend until very smooth paste , add more water if nec.
Add lemon juice and tahini - blend untill very creamy, add more water if nec.
Decorate with whole chickpeas, paprika and olive oil
